On receipt of the order from your Local Authority we promise to adhere to the following timescales:

- Order Acknowledgement to be sent on the same or following day after order received
- Student to be contacted if no response received within 10 days
- Delivery to take place within 10 working days from the date that student contacts us
- Student will be offered a 2 hour time slot on day of delivery
- Delivery confirmation to be sent to the student within 24 hours of date being agreed
- Anita agrees to always inform student of any delays or changes as soon as possible
